Thanks for all the information. If I go with a shared hosting, I would pick one supporting ffmpeg and cron job, I found cirtex, haven't paid yet because I am still developing on my own machine.
I have never used a queueing before, it sounds interesting, i will look into that. I got the cron job working now, but if this is a better practice, I will definitely go with it. This group is definitely awesome!!!
