Its mearly to show to everyone, primarily me the question asker, what
it is other developers use to develop for CakePHP. Hell Maybe I'll
make a blog post with this data if I have enough, but realistically I
probably will not. It's just to act as a source of inspiration for
myself to see what I should use and what others mainly use.

For instance I've begun using NetBeans now since so many people use
NetBeans. I've since found out it's very powerful for CakePHP
development. I've also noticed that most cake devs like using some
flavor of linux, vim, and scripts(shell). It's not to gather other
pointless information and frankly I don't understand why we should
MAKE this thing die. Once the ideas are gone or whatever it will die
on it's own. It's not an illogical thread, just once that doesn't
share lots of code. Like how Samuel said "the point of this is that if
someone new to cake or someone changing IDE could read what people is
using," and that hit the nail on the head.
