Hello there,
Firstly, I am pretty new to CakePHP. I installed CakePHP and then
installed PoundCake plgin for ACL management. I installed and it
worked as it should. I created groups, users, assigned roles etc.
When I got back next day, and tried to login, the /bcp/users/login
would redirect me to /. bcp is the plugin.
I could access the same url immediately after installation. After
installation, you do not need to login, it asks you for password
change and log you in directly. I reinstalled CakePHP and PoundCake 3
times and the same problem occurred. I am not very sure but it looks
like, unauthorized users are redirected to / and not allowed to access
any page. I also tried $this->Auth->allow("login"); But it didn't
work. Please express your opinion or any suggestions.
I tried a few Acl components and I ran into same problem, it would
redirect me to /.
Could this be anything to do with Routing? I enabled admin routing in
core.php.
