Eggnog Pound Cake

      1 c. soft butter
      1/2 c. shortening
      3 c. sugar
      6 eggs
      3 c. ALL-PURPOSE flour
      1 c. flaked coconut (optional)
      1 tsp. lemon extract
      1 tsp. vanilla extract
      1/2 tsp. coconut extract

      Cream butter and shortening - gradually add sugar beating at medium speed. Add 
eggs one at a time beating well after each egg. Add flour to creamed mixture, 
alternating with egg nog - BEGINNING AND ENDING WITH FLOUR - mix until just blended 
after each addition. Stir in coconut and flavorings.
      Pour into 2 well greased and floured 10" tube pans or one bundt cake pan. Bake 
at 325* for 1- 1 1/2 hrs or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes 
before removing. Slice and top with sprigs of holly and strawberries before serving.
