Funnel Cakes
1 1/4 cups flour
2 TBS sugar
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
Powdered sugar
Cinnamon
Oil
Combine flour, sugar, baking
powder and salt together.
Add milk and beaten eggs,
stirring until mixture is
smooth.
Put about 1/4 cup of batter
in funnel and make design
in hot oil in skillet.
Fry until brown.
Remove from skillet and lay
on waxed papper.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
and cinnamon.
Also good with pineapple or
strawberry topping or any
other topping.
(like melted caramel or chocolate)
