Hello,
I can see by all the recipes here that I'm going to be packing on the
pounds as I try them out!

I found and joined this group because I'm looking for a recipe. A
friend of mine was telling me yesterday about a cake that he had at a
Belgian restaurant when he lived in New York City 25 years ago. I'd
like to find the recipe and make it for him.

What I know about it is that it was made at a Belgian restaurant
named Belcrep, which I'm guessing has closed because I can't find any
current information on it on the web. My friend described it as a
chocolate mousse cake, with the cake soaked in rum, dark red filling
and chocolate mousse layered between the cake layers, with chocolate
flakes on top.

If anyone has a recipe like this, or knows where I might find one,
please let me know.

Thank you very much,
Rebecca
