Elle-- I liked the sound of your recipe for Pound Cake. My question is , Is it essential to use "whole milk"? I have not used whole milk in 30 years. Would I need to increase the butter amount to compensate for the lack of butter-fat in whole milk? Thanks in advance for your imput.
