Hello All, I'm new to the group. I originally started just baking Cheesecakes but a restaurant I bring them to wants regular cakes also. So I have been doing some practice runs and they turned out real good.
Just trying to get the leveling and frosting down (lol). Making buttercream frosting is tricky. But I am going to try it again today and hope this time it comes out the way that I imagine that it should. Well just wanted to introduce myself.
