French Vanilla Chocolate Banana Cake
Ingredients:
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix (2 layers)
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)
1 cup sour cream
3 eggs
1/4 cup oil
4 squares Semi-Sweet baking chocolate, finely chopped
1 tub (8 oz) Whip Cream- French Vanilla, thawed
Preparation:
1) Preheat oven to 350. Beat dry cake mix, bananas, sour cream, eggs,
and oil in a large bowl with mixer on low speed just until moistened,
stopping frequently to scrape bottom and side of bowl. Beat on medium
speed 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate.
2) Pour evenly into 2 greased and floured 9 inch round baking pans.
3) Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10
minutes. Remove from pans then allow to cool completely. Fill and frost
with whipped cream. Store in refrigerator.
