                            Sponge Sheet Cake

                        Use for Jelly Roll
  6                     egg yolks
  1                cup  sugar
     1/2           cup  boiling water
     1/2           tsp  salt
  2                tsp  baking powder
  1 1/2           cups  sifted cake flour
  1                tsp  vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Beat yolks lightly in large bowl of 
mixer.  Add sugar, then boiling water.  Add dry ingredients and 
vanilla and beat 2 minutes.  Pour in jelly roll pan (about 10 x 15 
inches) lined with waxed paper.  Bake for 25 minutes.  Roll while 
hot, with jelly in center.  May be baked in layers.
