Pumpkin Pound Cake Preheat oven to 325ยบ F.
Cake 2 cups flour 1 cup vegetable oil 1 TB ground cinnamon 2 tsp. baking soda 2 cups canned pumpkin 4 eggs 2 cup sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake 1-1/4 hours. This cake is great topped with confectioners sugar or a Cream Cheese Frosting. Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 2 cups confectioners sugar 2 TB ground cinnamon Beat together until smooth and frost the cake.
