Chocolate Buttercream Freosting
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1/4 cup butter
• 2 tablespoons heavy cream
• vanilla
PREPARATION:
In a mixing bowl, cream confectioners' sugar, cocoa, and butter. Beat in heavy
cream and vanilla. Add small amounts hot water or hot black coffee until
desired spreading consistency is reached.
