RICH CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE
1 package (18 oz) dark chocolate cake mix
2 cups sour cream
3 large eggs, at room temperature
1/2 cup coffee-flavored liqueur
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 package (12 ozl semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350°F. . Butter a 10 inch Bundt pan. Dust with cocoa ..
Place all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a large bowl and
beat with an electric mixer at medium speed until well blended .. Fold in
the chocolate chips. The batter will be thick- Spoon the batter into the
prepared pan .. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into
the center comes out clean .. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes. Turn
out onto a rack to cool completely.
