SCHNAPPS CAKE
1 yellow cake mix with pudding
2/3 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. peach schnapps
1/2 c. orange juice
Combine all ingredients and mix well, pour into greased and
floured tube pan and bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45
minutes or until done.
GLAZE:
1 c. 10x sugar
2 1/2 tsp. orange juice
2 1/2 tbsp. schnapps
Mix ingredients and spoon over warm cake.
