1 c. flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vinegar
¼ tsp salt
1 heaping tsp each cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger
½ tsp ground cloves
¼ c. olive oil
½ c. sugar
2-4 T milk (or buttermilk; more as needed)
½ c. pumpkin puree
½ c. each raisins and toasted walnuts

1.    Oven @ 350F. Blend dry ingredients. 
2.    Cream together wet ingredients; blend into dry. Don’t overmix.
3.    Spoon batter into greased muffins tins.
4.    Bake for 20-25 min.
