Pineapple Nut Cake
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 cups walnuts
Vanilla frosting ingredients:
1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
1/2 butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 1/2 to 2 cups confectioner's sugar
Directions:
Grease and flour a 9 X 13-inch pan.
Stir all ingredients together and pour
into pan.
Bake about 40 minutes and 350 degrees F.
Cool.
Make frosting by whipping cream cheese and
butter together.
Then add vanilla and enough confectioner's
sugar to make icing spreadable.
Frost cake.
