Easy Orange Juice Pound Cake
2 Cups All-purpose Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1 Stick (4 oz) Butter
1/2 Cup Shortening
5 Eggs
5 Tbs Orange Juice
1 Tbs Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Powder
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare Bundt pan with non-stick
cooking spray.
In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into prepared
Bundt pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 50 60 minutes, or until it tests
done.
