Pumpkin Nut Cake
1 pkg. (l layer) white cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c.
canned pumpkin
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground
nutmeg
1/3 c. chopped nuts
Stir together the cake mix, egg, pumpkin,
water, cinnamon and
nutmeg. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2
minutes.
Turn into a greased 8 x 8 baking pan. Top with nuts. Bake at
350
oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool.
