"Guardian Angel" Torte

1 package chocolate pudding mix
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 angel food cake*
1 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
shaved chocolate
* 9 or 10-inch cake
Combine pudding mix and milk; cook until mixture boils. Cool slightly; stir
in sour cream.
Chill thoroughly. Split cake in 2 or 3 layers. Spread chocolate mixture
between layers.
Cover top and sides of cake with whipped cream, sweetened with
confectioners sugar.
Garnish with shaved chocolate.
