1 box chocolate cake mix
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
1 c. walnuts or pecans
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. nuts
Combine cake mix, 2 eggs and butter. Mix well and spread in greased 9 x
13-inch pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup nuts and chocolate chips. Combine cream
cheese, 3 eggs, powdered sugar and 1/2 cup nuts. Spread on top. Bake at
350 degrees, 45 to 60 minutes.
Very good, very rich.
