Aunt Annie Crumb Cake

Description
Sweet smelling cinnamon crumb cake. My aunt Annie would have this in the
oven when you called her to tell you were coming for coffee. (Aunt Annie
is 97 today..)
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 stick of butter
2 teaspons of baking powder
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
Directions
Mix with your hands 1 1/2 cup of sugar, 2 cups of flour 1 teaspoon of
cinnamon and 1 stick of butter to make crumbs. Take 1 cup of those
crumbs to use for topping. To the remainder add 2 teaspoons of baking
powder, 1 egg and 3/4 cup of milk. Pour into a 8" Or 9" pan. Spread the
1 cup of crumbs over top. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot!
