Very Berried Creamy Ice Cream

Ingredients:
2 cups Heavy Cream
½ cup Sugar
2 Pasteurized Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
3 cups Pureed Fresh or Thawed Frozen Unsweetened Seeded Strawberries,
raspberries, and blackberries, divided
Directions:
Place the cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl, then whisk together
until sugar dissolves. Add 2 cups of berries and mix with the whisk. Cover with
plastic and place in refrigerator and let chill for 1 hour.
Pour into an ice cream freezer container and freeze according to manufacturer
instructions. Five minutes before end of the cycle, add the reserved berries
and continue to churn until the done. For a firmer consistency, place in the
freezer for two hours before serving.
