Easy Cheesecake

Description
No-bake cheesecake with great flavor.
Ingredients
16oz cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can your choice pie filling
1 pie crust
Directions
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar on low until well blended. Add lemon
and vanilla; mix on medium until blended. Pour into a ready made pie
crust and top with pie filling of choice. Cover and let set up in fridge
for 2 hours.
