Cinnamon Pound Cake (from cake mix)
1 box (18oz) butter cake mix
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
for cinnamon sugar mix:
3 TBL sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Combine cake mix, oil, sour
cream, sugar and eggs.
Pour half the batter into
a greased and floured bundt
pan.
Sprinkle half the cinnamon
sugar mixture on the batter.
Add remaining batter and
sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake 50-60 minutes at 325F.
