Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cake
1 can pumpkin
3 eggs
2 c. flour
½ c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
½ t. salt
½ t. cinnamon
2 t. baking powder
2 t. baking soda
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350* F. Grease and flour a tube pan. Add all ingredients,
except the chocolate chips, into a mixing bowl. Mix well. Blend in chocolate
chips by hand mixing. Pour mixture into the greased and floured tube. Bake for
one hour. Remove and allow to cool before serving. Add a vanilla frosting to
the top, if desired.
