It has generally proved difficult to maintain a branch of linux on
github (lots of timeouts), attached is the patchset I sent with email,
with the mistake toke pointed out corrected. It did compile, I'm
forcing a rebuild on two machines as I write.

I am still building linux out of the net-next repo, which is available here:

git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/davem/net-next.git

And should be stable for another week or so.
Note, if you need 32 bits for netem slotting, there are two patches
still outstanding for that.
