da hatte ich gerade zu tief in den Espresso geschaut..
im Controller Code ergänzen mit:
$this->set('strModel', $strModel);
$this->set('results', $this-> $strModel->findAll(array (
"and" => $arrConditions
), null, $arrOrder[$strModel]));
