Log:
Fixed bug in CalCoreBone::calculateBoundingBox() that had been introduced by an
erroneous optimization that caused bones with no vertices attached to have very
large collision volumes. Slight API change (CalCoreBone::updateBoundingBox()
now returns bool) to make this a reality.
