 > After sucking down calendarserver and dealing with various issues along
 the way, the system is finally ready to run.  I type "run" and after
 initialization, I see " pg.InternalError: FATAL:  database "caldav" does
 not exist".  I imagine that this must be part of the automated startup
 because there was nothing about manually creating the caldav database in
 the notes, and if there is, I can't find it.

 The DB init error is fixed in r6411.
