I understand .mac used to have one (with WebObjects enable?).
I don't know if .Mac/MobileMe is actually using CalendarServer, but
for client-side you might try to look at Zimbra's Web client and
change the code to use CalDAV calls instead of calling their SOAP
APIs. Bedework.org might be an option too.
