well as I see it you have three choices...

1. check out REV 4538 of the TRUNK which I know works with the procedure and 
use that one.. I've been using it since August 2009 without issue.. 

2. Hope you and I have made silly mistakes and that someone else points them 
out to us.

3. pull the last release from the branches or tags tree and install that.

I guess we always run the risk when installing from TRUNK that the code might 
not be functional at the time.
