Hello, I am able to get the new version of calendarserver up and running from source no problem, but it seems that it has changed quite a bit since the version that is shipped with Ubuntu 11.04 (using postgres and memcached). There does not seem to be any init script shipped with the source for debian based versions, nor are there any instructions for deploying in a production environment. Just some notes in the README that says that run.sh should not be used in a production environment. Can anyone shed some light on this?
