Dear Broadband Council Interested Parties:
Please note the following important information regarding the meeting
location for Wednesday’s California Broadband Council meeting at CalSTRS
in West Sacramento:
·California Broadband Council Meeting is on Wednesday, August 23, 2017
from 1:30 p.m. -3:30 p.m. in the CalSTRS Boardroom located at 100
Waterfront Place, West Sacramento, CA 95605
·The Boardroom is on the first floor. Please check in with the Security
Desk.
·Presenters may arrive any time after 12:30 p.m. on the day of the event
to set up.
·Parking Accommodations – Guests will be responsible for their parking
fees. The parking facility is open to the public. You may park on any
level, or in the surface lot. However, please do not park in any space
that is especially marked, i.e. – LEV Parking, Member Visitor, etc.
The daily fee is $1.00 per 20 minutes for the first 5 hours, with a
maximum of $15.00 per day. When you arrive, you will need to pull a
ticket to raise the gate to enter the parking facility. Payment is to be
made when you exit by placing a credit or debit card into our pay
booth. The machines do not accept cash payments.
