Services Fund grant application of Plumas Sierra Telecommunications,
funding up to $1,512,163 for the Keddie Project to deploy middle-mile
and last-mile fiber infrastructure to provide fiber-to-the-home
broadband access to 36 unserved households in the city of Keddie in
Plumas County.
