Description:
currently require PhoneGap.addConstructor and other hackery to attach to plugin
lifecycle events. This should be exposed through, either an evented or promise
style api. Doesn't matter. Needs proofing. Something like:
PhoneGap.beforeDeviceReady(cb).afterDeviceReady(cb)
You get the idea.
