I have a content that is exactly the size of the control itself. There is no
need for scrolling. However, the user can still move the content up or down and
have it bounce back into place. That looks less than ideal. I would like to
lock the content in place so that this cannot occur.
This is not exactly an issue, but it can make a difference for many types of
apps like games.
