Android 1.3 contains PhoneGap 1.2 js?

I just downloaded the zip file off of PhoneGap.com and inside 
android/phonegap-1.3.0.js the first line reads: 

// Version 1.2.0

Any ideas if it's just a typo or is the wrong version of the android PG.js in 
there?
