change names of apache resources from "callback" to "cordova"

This bug spurred by a conversation on the -dev mailing list [1][2]
As the name of the project has recently changed from "callback" to "cordova",
we have a bunch of resources that we need renamed. These include:
* cms / main web site
* mailing lists
* jira
* wiki commit mails
Jukka notes that rather than make the name change from "incubator-callback" to
"incubator-cordova", since we need to use the "incubator-" prefix while we're
incubating, maybe we should wait till graduation where we can make the name
change from "incubator-callback" to "cordova" without the intervening rename to
"incubator-cordova".
