Add data:/ URL handling to FileUpload

Please consider adding data:/ URLs support as FileUpload source. This allows
developers to upload <canvas>-es more efficiently (Base64 is 1/3 bigger than
data stream and requires special handling on server side).
This shouldn't be a problem at PhoneGaps part as it's internally detecting file
URI's type and returns FileInputStream to upload.
