Acclerarator value is not same on Android and iOS/Windows Phone

Acclerarator value is different:
Android -10 - +10 (maybe 9.8?)
iOS -1.0 - 1.0
Windows Phone -1.0 - 1.0
And sign is opposite between Android and iOS/WP.
As far as deviceOrientation document
http://dev.w3.org/geo/api/spec-source-orientation.html
Android behavior is same as w3c's sample.
They should return same value.
