ANT load-simulator always use default simulator within Blackberry WebWorks
Packager despite being specified differently in *blackberry.sim.dir* under
*project.properties* file.
Suspect Problem Area: blackberry.sim.dir=<path_to_other_simulator>
Tested with Blackberry Simulator version 5, 6 and 7
