websql isn't working on ICS

I created a simple webapp, that just opens the database and creates a table.
onSuccess it will show a alert box.
in the normal native android browser my webapps with websql works fine. But
when I use it in a phonegap android app it doesn't work (only ICS). In Android
2.x it works fine.
