1. Update the VERSION file in the CordovaLib folder (use semantic versioning)
2. Update CordovaLib/Classes/CDVAvailability.h - added a new macro for the new
version, and update CORDOVA_VERSION_MIN_REQUIRED with the latest version macro
3. Compile the tagged cordova-js for this version (cordova.ios.js) from the
cordova-js project, and put the file in the "CordovaLib/javascript" folder
4. Commit your changes
5. Tag the repo
