Description:
1. Grab changes from 1.6.0rc1 to HEAD (see comment below on how to do this)
2. Update the Release Notes in CordovaInstaller/docs/releasenotes.md (in
Markdown format) - add a section for the new version, follow the previous
formats
**Don't** add the commits verbatim - usually they are meaningless to the user.
Edit the commit messages and only show the ones relevant to the user.
