Hey Luis,
The Bluetooth plugin is not part of the core API it is a 3rd party add on. The
best thing for you to do is to submit a pull request to:
https://github.com/phonegap/phonegap-plugins
with you fix and it will get accepted. In the meantime I'm going to close this
issue.
