Right now "trustAllHosts" is not handled.
This is a non-standard feature - but is handled in Android, not sure about BB.
Might have to add a doc for this as well.
I believe there is commented out functionality that allows this in the code
already.
trustAllHosts -- ie allow self-signed certs.
