For ease of testing, should add a manual page where we can inspect the contents
of {{navigator.network.connection.type}}.
Essentially copying over the [example from the
docs|http://docs.phonegap.com/en/1.6.1/cordova_connection_connection.md.html#Connection].
Should also add checking for the online/offline events in the Events manual
page.
