Due to an outstanding bug in Android, we have to use our history on Android 3.x
and greater. However, this is because we're currently using the android_asset
to serve the documents. What we could do instead is use the user jail to host
the files again.
However, to start, let's just let the user switch between WebKit history and
our history with a useCordovaHistory property.
