I am referring to the installation notes that were in th binaries downloaded
from the PhoneGap site. There are instructions for setting up in 3.x (which
incidentally are similar to 4.x). Additionally, the installation notes have a
getting started section which fails to mention the Obj-C garbage collection
setting which may be helpful for new users in the future. Thank you
