I just tried the Kitchen Sink demo from Sencha. In many cases, I was able to
see the DOM updated live. In other cases, I couldn't tell, because the DOM
generated with Sencha is ... complicated - not sure where to look for
"modified" content, for instance. It's a twisty maze of passages, all alike.
So, need a smaller test case.
